Early Contractor Involvement delivery of a new 89 MLD ceramic membrane plant with SIX/CEREMAC/ILCA membrane pilot. Programme development for pilot and main works, M&E design and build subcontract management, and compensation event quotation (£6m+) on defined cost. Site establishment included removal of 70,000m³ of overburden, with stakeholder engagement across Network Rail, the Environment Agency and the planning authority.

Engaged to recover a significantly distressed project involving new GAC, ISPS, lamella, sludge, ozone and polymer plant. Complete programme rebuild with client acceptance, commercial forecasting reconstruction, supply chain baselining, and successful challenge of previously rejected compensation events covering deleted weather provisions, ground conditions, instructed acceleration and access.

Recovery of a project with an identified 12+ month delay across new FEPS, LRPS, storm pump refurbishment and coarse screen penstock works. Complete programme rebuild to client acceptance, cost-to-complete with commercial mitigation, and NEC4 administration cascaded to the supply chain including early warning. CE strategy addressed late instructions, ground conditions, delayed access and contract data ambiguities.

Project-wide management of a complete replacement sewage treatment works - inlet works, storm storage, settlement, activated sludge, UV, sludge storage and tanker import. Rebuild of a distressed programme to acceptance, management of a £24m subcontract package, cost-to-complete aligned to pain/gain, and daily collaborative planning against the critical path with an automated snagging system.

Emergency response project replacing 500m of 1200mm GRP pipework and demobilising 2.5km of temporary pipework. Established compliant programme, cost control aligned to defined cost schedules, retrospective and forecast cost analysis in the absence of contractor submissions, and CEMAR-based compensation event procedures - with guidance to a junior contractor team on NEC time-bars and quotation assessment.

Design, installation, construction and commissioning of the treated water element of a £120m programme. Package included a 2.2m raw water inlet within a 2.44m segmental tunnel, a 13.5m deep cofferdam adjacent to a historic draw-off tower, and new sand-ballasted lamella and rapid gravity filter streams with full M&E package management.
