Andy Keast founded Projjex Ltd in 2018 to provide senior, hands-on project management and commercial consultancy to the UK water and infrastructure sectors. He specialises in NEC, JCT, IChemE and bespoke contract administration, programme recovery, forensic planning and compensation event strategy on projects valued from £3m to £170m+.

His career spans more than two decades, progressing from civil design engineering into senior project management. Over that time he has delivered and recovered some of the most demanding schemes in the sector - for clients including United Utilities, Yorkshire Water, Severn Trent Water, Thames Water, Highways England and the States of Jersey.

Andy's particular strength is the distressed project: rebuilding programmes that have lost credibility, recovering 12+ months of delay, reconstructing commercial forecasts and implementing the contractual mechanisms that protect entitlement. His work has implemented over £4.6m in compensation events and delivered multi-million pound extension of time claims.
