Pain/Gain & Target Cost Management
Target cost contracts demand a clear grip on the relationship between defined cost and the target, identification of disallowed cost, and accurate forecasting of final total defined cost. We manage the pain/gain mechanism so that the contractor share is correctly calculated and the position is understood throughout - not reconstructed at final account.
Commercial Recovery
On distressed projects the commercial forecast is frequently as broken as the programme. We reconstruct cost-to-complete from the ground up, run commercial mitigation exercises, and rebaseline the supply chain accounts - restoring a defensible commercial position alongside the programme recovery.
